  1. The banshee is a little fairy woman who wails and crys when some people are dying. She dresses in a red cloak and she carries a comb in her hand.
    She usually crys for M's R's & O's
    She cried into my uncles face one night at twelve o'clock he was out in a house playing cards some time after Mammy and his mother died.
    Before Christopher Fox died it cried out side Gormans for him he lived there in former times.
