    "Thread Thread the Needle"
    This is an old game played in Ireland for years, and this is the way you would play it.
    Two would catch their hands and hold them high in the air, which is called High Gates. Then a number of children would walk through the high gates saying
    "Thread thread the needle
    Thread thread again,
    How many miles from here to Dublin?
    Three score and ten
    Think will I be there at candle light?
    Yes, and back again
    Thread thread the needle
    Thread thread again.
    Then the last one going through the gates would be kept back
