    How I make a top.
    Note: We have a top in this school over 60 years old.
    Get a large spool, have it round on the top and slanting towards the bottom. Get a thick nail and cut it an inch long. Get a file and file a point on it. Push it up the hole in the spool but leave a 1/4" of it down from the spool so that it can spin. Cut out three rings round
