    In or about forty years ago there was a man named Andrew Dunne and he bought a house in Riverbank near Killucan in County Westmeath.

    In or about forty years ago there was a man named Andrew Dunne and he bought a house in Riverbank near Killucan in County Westmeath. After buying it he did not live in it for about a year and Andrew Dunne's brother, John Dunne, and some of the men about used to sleep in it to get used to it. When they were in bed they used to hear a carriage coming up to the door. They would have the door bolted and when the carriage would stop the people would push open the door, go up stairs
