- There is a weed which cures warts. It has little leaves growing on on one stem. Get it and break it up a little bit from the root. Then take it and take the leaves from it then squeeze the bottom of it and something like milk comes out of it. Pour this on the warts and it will burn it away in a space of time.
- A cure for chill-blains is to get a cloth and heat it at the fire and put the cloth to the chill-blains and repeat that till the disappear. Wash the chill-blains in lukewarm water frequently.
