    It is white washed with lime. It is roofed with galvanized iron. It is said that the oldest man in Ireland lived in this house.

  2. There is an old house about a quarter of a mile from our house. It is built of mud and stones. The chimney is made of wood. The floor is made of stones. The fireplace was in the middle of the floor until some people put a wooden chimney in it. The roof was thatched but now it is roofed with galvanized iron.
