    Before the famine this district was very thickly populated. The ruins of some houses which were there in that time are still to be seen but they are almost covered with grass. There were a house and forge near where I live. The people died out of that house too and the house and the forge fell. Some things made of iron are found near the place when the fields are being ploughed.
