    When my mother is calling the hens she says "cioc cioc," and when calling the turkeys she say "biadh biadh."
    People say that Friday is a lucky day to put eggs down to hatch. Wednesday is also said to be a lucky day. If they put eggs down on Sunday they will not come out.

    The cows in this district have names such as Gobeen, Curleen, Baneen, Dubeen, Fairy, Faireen. When calling the cows the names used are Progee or Perish.
    They are tied with chains or halters. If they stand on their tying when you say "Cos" they will rise their foot.
