  1. Local Happenings continued
    In 1870 Rahinstown house was burnt by accident.
    It was owned by Captain R.H. Fowler.
    In 1926 the first division of land was made here in Drumlargan called "the Ranch" locally was divided among the tenants and a road was made through the ranch.
    Now they are making a road through Clarkestown. It will go right from Paddy Byrnes of Clarkestown to Herberts in Coole.
