    County Meath
    In this school district there is a Rath, it is called "Raheen Dubh", it is between Carlow's land and the Parish of Coole, Barony Upper Deece. There is big hedge around it, nobody would cut it because they were afraid of the fairies.
    Long ago about seventy or eighty years ago Mr Carlow put his hay in it and next morning he got it the far side of the hedge, it is thought that the fairies put it out of it.
