    The fields round Dunboyne have queer names and this is the list. The Round field it is in Ballymacoll. It got its name because it is round in shape.
    The Clude is also in Ballymacoll but it is not known how it got its name. The Big meadow got its name because it was a very large meadow.
    The Brick field got its name because special clay was got there for making bricks and bricks were also made there.
    The Honey meadow got its name because there was long sweet grass
