  1. In my district in Trevitt graveyard there is a stone, which ia supposed to be an altar stone. The names of the twelve apostles are carved on it. It is supposed to cure warts.
    There is another stone near the school at Corbalton lodge which St. Patrick threw from Tara.
    There is another stone on the hill of Tara called the Lia Fail or the stone of destiny. Long ago the kings of Ireland used to be crowned on the stone. It is erected over the croppies grave.

  2. There is a stone in the old Church in Macetown and there is a lot of letters on it.
    Many and many a time people were trying to make out these letters but failed.
    There is another stone at the back of Rathfeigh Chapel. It is said that St. Patrick threw it from Tara and the mark of his hand can still be seen on it.
