  1. In Ballygarth stands the ruins of an old church. This church has no connection with any other church in the parish. Outside the walls of it there are a number of headstones. No one knows what is written on them. It is said that the stones were turned up side down so that no-one would know what was written on them. It is also said that one of these tombs is the tomb of Bishop.
