    father addressing him in such a manner in front of the people gathered there. On his way home he treated him rather badly, this annoyed poor George very much. He went to the house directly and got the gun, and going out into the garden he shot himself. It is said to be settled in the house already described and he appeared to many. After this tragedy occurred the members of the family went out and prayed before the breakfast. A statue of The Blessed Virgin was erected in this place some time after and a Rosary beads and prayer book were left for the purpose of praying with.
