A hungry eye sees far.
Its an ill wing that blows nobody good.
Willful waste, makes woeful want.
A rolling stone, gathers no moss.
Too many cooks spoil the broth.
A half, a loaf is better than no bread.
The far off fields are green.
You can't take wool of a goat.
The longest way round is the shortest way home.

Waste not want not.
Never shake hands with the devil 'till you meet him.
It's better fight with the devil you know than the one you don't know.
Fools make feasts but wise men eat
