    back to the tailor he threw the water round him and his good suit
    Another tailor was tailor Watters who lived in the house beside the factory, he made suits and his sisters Brigid, and Jane, made dresses and red flannel petticotes.
    Thomas Goodwins mother spun the yarn for the people all round Collon, they then knitted white socks.
    The present tailors are Mr Finegan, who lives on the Ardee Road, and Mr Geraghty who lives at the top of the town.
