At last we know why the mystery ships That we saw of Clogherhead
Had sailed all the way from the Kiel Canal,
Full steam and with all sails spread;
For worlds to conquer they searching were,
When lo" in the Irish Sea.
From the flagships bridge an order came
To stop; and then thunderously:
"Eureaka" Eureaka!" the commodore roared
"Go enter in the log,
I've sighted two vast uncharted seas
At Tully and Crawleys bog."
