    It is a sign of rain if:-
    (a) the sun appears too early in the morning
    (b) If the sun is pale when setting.
    (c) If the moon is turned up-side down.
    (d) If there is a halo around the moon.
    (e) If the sky is covered with clouds
    (f) If a rainbow can be seen in the morning.
    (g) If both ends of a rainbow end in the same parish.
    (h) If the sun is pale when setting.
    (i) If one only can see half a rainbow.
    (j) If the old moon is seen lying in the new one's lap.
    (k) If the stars shoot in the sky.
    It is a sign of good weather:-
    (a) If the sun is a dark red shade when setting
    (b) If there is a mackeral sky.
    (c) If the stars shine brightly at night
    (d) If there is a rainbow at night
    It is a sign of storm:-
    (a) If the cat sits with her back to the fire
    (b) If blue blazes appear in fire.
