  1. Local cures
    There is a weed which grows along the road or in the fields. It is called "Crows-milk" and anyone with warts who bathes them in it will never have warts again.
    There is another leaf which grows in the fields and it is good for drawing a sore or a cut. It is a round flat leaf and it is put on a cloth and then put on the cut.
    There is another plant which is used for healing it and the cut is cured within a few days.
    There is a plant which to four feet in height. It is boiled and the water which remains after is good for pains. It is called the "Mullen Plant".
    There is also another plant which is called "Rose-noble" and it is good for head-aches.
