  1. There is a great difference between the food they ate long ago than the food they eat now.
    They always ate oatmeal and wholemeal cakes and porridge along with milk every night and morning long ago.
    They used to eat two meals in the day long ago called the breakfast and dinner. The things they ate for breakfast was a mug of porridge with milk. The things they ate for dinner were a piece of fish and flesh of some wild animal.
    The ate their breakfast at nine o clock and their dinner at three o clock in the evening.
