  1. Oscar was the son of Oisín and was the strongest of all the Fianna. He got a challenge from another giant in Scotland. When the Scottish giant saw our giant he ran away from him and Oscar pursued him. The Irish giant knew he would cross the sea and he pulled a tree earth and stones and threw it after him. The hole it left after it is to-day called Lough Neagh. It fell on the sea an equal distance from Scotland, Wales and Ireland and is to day called the Isla of Man.
