when he told him the price of the horse he handed him out the money.
The buyers came up and Mr Kelly told them he had him sold. They went to the farmer and they asked him the price of the horse and he told them three hundred pounds and they only laughed at him and they found some fault in the horse and the farmer left down three hundred pounds and he told them to back it and to prove to him the fault they were finding. No one of them would back it and before they left the spot they were in they gave him the three hundred pounds for the horse.
