    Some years ago there lived in the parish of Cill Mac Dubháin a man to be out every night playing cards.One night he was coming home about twelve o'clock .he had to go through fields and as he was in the middle of a field he looked back and saw a man coning after him whom he took to be a neighbour of his.He stood to wait for the man but the man stood also .He continued on his journey and the other man followed him ,he hurried home and didn't look back again until he went in home and locked the door .He then heard his name called three times but he did not answer .He went to bed and heard no more and he stayed at home every night for some time after .The neighbour whom he thought was after him died in a
