    A Story.
    St.Senan was born near Knockerra,and he was he first one who left foot on Scattery island because there was a serpent in it.
    St. Senan went to the Island took the serpent and brought it to Doolough lake .he commanded him that he should eat only one trout and a half every day and the serpent died of hunger.
