There was one land Lord in this district. His name was Mr. Skerrit. He lived Finnevara long ago. He was very severe on his tenants. He had eleven in family seven boys and four girls. There were two of them doctors, and two of them nuns, and one of them a priest.
He had a lovely mansion and a fine ochard also. He was a catholic. The ruins of his mansion is there yet. If ever he had any work to do his tenants had to do it for him.
