  1. "Puss in the corner" is played with any number of players. All players stand in corners. Then one odd player goes from one to another saying "Pussy wants a corner" The player addressed says "Go to my next door neighbour." In the meanwhile the other players watch their chance and exchange places. The game goes on until Puss gets a corner and then the one without a corner plays Puss instead.

  2. One of the children is supposed to go into the garden and hide there; there are supposed to be five or six more in the game. Another one is supposed to act as a Mother; she is to send them all down to the garden and give each one
