  1. A saint lived in our land about three hundred years ago. It is said he built a monastery there. Where it was there is a grave yard now. It is said too that Cromwell set fire to it. The Saints name was Eve. There is a blessed well near the graveyard. It is a cure for sore eyes. A brother of the Saints lived in Killglasey. His name was Glasey.
