    In this locality there are a great many signs about weather.To tell us what kind is coming.
    1.When wild geese fly against the wind it is a good sing of a storm.
    2.When you see the Kerry hills plainly it is a sign of rain.
    3.When soot falls from the chimney it is a sign of rain.
    4.If the sky is clear over over the sea at night it is a sign of fine dry weather.
    5.If you see fog away from Mount Callan only in the morning it is a sign that the day will be good or fine.
    6.When crickets chirp heartily it is a sign that we are near rain.
    7.Rhen you see a halo about the moon it is a sign of rain.
    8.When the ants with wings fly about at evening time it is a sign of rain.
    9.When we see the robin singing on the highest branch of the three it is a sign of good weather.
