    1 Many festival customs are celibrated in this country.
    On S.t Stephen's day boys gather together and go from house to house playing music an singing the wren songs. They get money in the houses. When the evening comes the money is divided or it is kept to pay the expenses' of a dance.
    2 On St John's night a bonfire is lighted. A burning brand is lighted. A burning brand is thrown on the potatoe drills
