  1. Some years ago a man names Bill Archer was engaged by the Parish Priest of Tomplebraden to level the gravel in front of his house. When the priest came back to see it in the evening, it was badly done and the big stones were not taken away. It was all left too rough. The priest said that the bishop would be coming there in a few days, that it was not fined out enough. All Bill said was- "Sure Father, 'tis not barefooted he is coming"
