    higher but are now partly covered by churchyard soil which has heaped up around them in the course of centuries.
    The doorway as a result is only about three feet high and one has to stoop to enter the ruins.
    The window in the gable end is covered with strong ivy and its shape is hidden.
    People have been buried inside the walls of the ruin.
    Only one inscription can now be read, it bears the date 1785 being the resting place of one Michael O'Gorman
