    If you have a stye in your eye, look through your mother's wedding ring then make the sign of the cross and it will be cures.
    If a person with the chin cough met a man with a grey horse on the road and asked him for a cure, he would tell you what to do.
    If a horse has worms get the leaves of gioleac and boil them in water then give the water to the horse to drink, it will effect a cure.
    If a person suffering from the mumps put salt into a heated stocking and put it to his neck, this will cure the mumps.
    For a horse with a cold: boil bran put it into a bag and hang it around the horse's neck he will be cured.
