  1. There is a lios in Loughananna and the ditch of the lios got broken down and the fairies paid some men to build it for them. They were scraping the place to build the ditch and they got thirty gold sovereigns on a stone. They saw another stone with some latin words written on it which they didn't know the meaning of. So they got someone to translate it for them. The same words are written on the other side. They got sixty pounds for building the ditch.
