  1. A man caught a fox in a trap. The man wanted to punish the fox. He got a round stick and started to beat the fox when he thought he was dead he went away. When he was gone the fox got up and ran away.

  2. One morning when Thady Kilmartin's faher got u he found all the geese dead in the house and a fox dead there as well. he got the pike and threw the fox out on a heap of dung. When the fox saw he was safe he got up and ran into the wood.
