Tethering Goats: Spancelling: Lainers
Some just tie the goat to a stake and allow her a certain distance to graze.
Some put a spancel on the two fore legs and one on the 2 hind legs as well.
Others spancel a fore to a hind leg. some spancel crossways. All this spancelling is called taging around here. Some tie two goats together: A handle of a bucket bent into a circle is put round each goats neck with a chain or cord between.
