    Houses now = 2 Slated

    Houses gone are; Walshs, Lonergan,
    Neills.
    The fields are still called after some of them (Walsh's Field), (Eamon's Field)
    called after Eamon Lonergan.
    Clais an Aifrinn. In this field there is a big hollow where mass was supposed to be celebrated in the penal days.
    The Building Field contained a big lodge for the hunters who went out hunting on the mountain. At night people came and blew it up . There is now no trace of it.
    Ráithín has about 80 acres and is nearly all good land.
    No butter made at home, both farmers go to the Creamery.
