  1. Potato bread is still made in this district. My mother makes them sometimes. She makes out of potatoes. My mother puts a cross on the top of a cake and puts a tiny hole in every quarter of the cake. She uses flour and sour milk and a spoonful of bread-soda-and salt and mixes it up and puts it in the oven pot.
