  1. Travelling folk visit this town often. The same people come around nearly every year. They sell small articles which they make themselves. Very few people buy their goods. They obtain their goods in any cheap shop.
    These folk are not welcome in this town. In any place these people can only stay six days at one time. They sleep in caravans or under carts. They ask people for boots, food, money, bread, tea, sugar and butter. They come on market and fair days usually. They tell stories often but sometimes these stories are lies and not many people listen to them.
