  2. Great Walker
    John Leahy of Jamestown, Father of Philip Leahy who is about forty years of age was a great walker. He often left his own place on a Saturday evening after the day's work and set out for Waterford to see his sister who was in hospital there, and he would be back in Mullinahone after last Mass to play football.
