    Among the farming class of this district matches are made and money is given as a fortune.
    When the two people who were married come out of the church confetti or rice is thrown on them by the people who are outside. When the married couple get into the car to drive away old shoes are tied on and thrown after it. This is done for luck. There is an old rhyme also concerning this which says that the bride should get
    "Something Old,
    Something New
    Something Borrowed,
    And Something Blue."
    A wedding feast is always held after the wedding. This is generally held in a hotel.
