    There is still another forge owned by Mr J. O'Meara. This forge is situated near a river and a cross road. The O'Briens and Gunns and O'Mearas have been smiths for a number of generations.
    The forge is a low small house with two windows. It is roofed with timber boards which are covered with felt. The door is the same as any other door, rectangular in shape, with a horsehsoe nailed to it. There is one fire place in each of the forges mentioned above. There is also a big bellows by the side of the fire. This device for blowing the fire consists of two fairly big boards joined together by leather with a big hunclle back over the fire and by blowing this
