  2. Clonmel to Rathcannon. The priest had him told to tell his relatives not to take revenge. While they were erecting the scaffold he made hisspeech but it was all to no use. It is said Paddy Grace used to take bread off the windows of our house in which Pollards were living. It used to be left on the windows for him.
