  1. The Tailor's Bush.
    On the Templemore road not far from Templetuohy stands an old ivy covered tree known as the Tailor's Bush. It is said that a tailor lived in a house nearby
    One evening a man came and asked him for work. He had a lot of sewing to do and was only too glad to get some one to help him The tailor proposed to stay up late that night to do the work. About one o'clock in the night a loud knocking was heard at the door.
    The tailor turned very pale but got up and went out, after a while he came back and shut the door.
    They were about to begin work again when the knock was repeated. The tailor went out and returned after a few minutes. A third time the knock was heard
