was surveyed in 1840 Ned of the Hills grave is marked on it. This map is to be got at Jermiah O'Dwyers Bahagha and at Michael O'Ryan's Piperhill.
Eamonn was also a poet and composed a song about himself named "Eamonn a Chnuic" and another named "Bean Dubh an Gleanna". He spent the most of his life in the valleys and glens of Foilaclug. He had a cave in Mulcahy's glen and could travel from Foilaclug to Bahagha under-ground.
I gor this information from Mr. Jermiah O'Dwyer Bahagha.
