There was a gentleman going on a journey one day. He was riding a horse along the road and the day came very wet. He came to a little thatched house and he went in out of the rain and it was worse inside. He said to the man of the house "Isn't it a wonder you don't thatch your house" "Sure I couldn't thatch it today sir" "Well" said the gentleman, "couldn't you thatch it the fine day?" "Well" said the old man the devil a drop is in the fine day.
