    The hill of Grange is situated about two miles south of Nenagh.

On this hill was held the famous meeting by Daniel O' Connell in connection with the Catholic Emancipation. his meeting was attended by thousands of people and the speech delivered by Daniel O' Connell was considered one of the finest of his many great speeches.
