    There are about seven forges in my district which are occupied by the following....

    There are about seven forges in my district which are occupied by the following :- Hogan, Bourke, Kavanagh, Ryan, Sheedy and Grace.
    My Neddy Hogan's forge is situated in McDonagh St. It has a thatched roof, a black door and a small window. His father William Hogan had it about seventy years before his son Neddy got it.
