    nettle and rubs a dock leaf on it, it will go away. In the stalk of the milk plant there is a substance like milk and if rubbed to a wart the wart will wear away. Horehound when boiled in water and the liquid mixed with honey will cure a cold.
    Some of those weeds are used as food - nettles and dandelion, both of which when boiled, snagged and mixed with meal are given to turkeys.
