    twenty people in it. Most of the houses are slated. There are not many houses in it.
    The land is fairly good. In the front of the townland, there are bogs and a lake. There was turf got in those bogs one time.
    Near Knocknacartan there are the townlands of Rock Valley, Glebe and Lodge. In each of those townlands, there is only one family. There is not much land in the townlands.
    The land in Rock-Valley is fairly good. At each side of it there are hills. There are bushes and ferns growing by the hills. There are many rocks near the hills also. This is the reason it is called Rock-Valley.
