  1. This is a fairy woman who cries or "keens" before the death of some families. She is a very tiny woman dressed in white, and wears a white shawl. If any people follow her, she leads them astray. If one tries to listen to her crying, she stops immediately, and then begins again, when the person is engaged at some other work. She is supposed to be seen combing her hair whenever she appears.
